ICOTYDE withMe is a patient support program. It offers different resources at no cost to patients. It includes the ICOTYDE withMe Savings Program, dedicated Nurse Guide, patient account, and other helpful resources that are specific to ICOTYDE.
Whether you need help understanding how to get your prescription filled or finding cost support options to help you pay for your treatment, ICOTYDE withMe has everything you may need to help you start and stay on track.

If you have been prescribed ICOTYDE for an approved, on-label use and are 12 years of age or older, you are eligible for this program. For those eligible, ICOTYDE withMe is completely free. Eligibility for program components may vary.
Once enrolled, your Nurse Guide*—a registered nurse—will call you within 1-2 business days. The caller ID will show “Guide withMe.” On your first call, your Nurse Guide will introduce themselves and provide an overview of the support they can provide. They will ask questions to better understand you so they can best help you navigate any support you may need while on ICOTYDE. If you have any questions about filling your prescription or paying for your treatment, your Nurse Guide is ready to help.
Call your Nurse Guide at 833-withMe1 (833-948-4631). They can be contacted Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM ET. Support is available in over 150 languages, including American Sign Language (ASL).
